Cornerstone Communities
Southeast PA
Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia
- Facilitating Funders Together for Housing Justice – Pennsylvania, the statewide funders collaborative to address housing equity
- Working with a health foundation to launch the Montco Housing Loan Fund to provide low-interest, patient capital.
- Supported a behavioral health provider implement a national model on trauma-informed homeless encampment resolution in Montgomery County
Erie County, PA
- Serving as the Housing Director of Infinite Erie, a transformational investment playbook. Leading the “Housing Accelerator“, a 250-unit pipeline of affordable and workforce housing.
- Developed and facilitate Housing First Erie, a public-private coalition to address chronic homelessness through new supportive housing.
- Facilitating the development of Schoolhouse Apartments at Washington Square, a $11M rehab of an old school into 25 units of permanent supportive housing.
Allegheny County, PA
- Working with a local foundation to address chronic homelessness by catalyzing partnerships to develop new permanent supportive housing units.
- Supporting the local Continuum of Care with their communities of practice to increase quality of care among service providers
State of Delaware
- Supporting Housing Alliance Delaware with training and technical assistance in their deliver of Coordinated Entry for homeless services.
- In partnership with BBS, designed a roadmap for a centralized housing-based system of care through the State of Delaware.
- Working with a nonprofit developer to pilot a supportive housing set-aside in their new project.
- Working to establish a statewide coalition on supportive housing.
