Erie County, PA

  • Serving as the Housing Director of Infinite Erie, a transformational investment playbook. Leading the “Housing Accelerator“, a 250-unit pipeline of affordable and workforce housing.
  • Developed and facilitate Housing First Erie, a public-private coalition to address chronic homelessness through new supportive housing.
  • Facilitating the development of Schoolhouse Apartments at Washington Square, a $11M rehab of an old school into 25 units of permanent supportive housing.

  • Working with a local foundation to address chronic homelessness by catalyzing partnerships to develop new permanent supportive housing units.
  • Supporting the local Continuum of Care with their communities of practice to increase quality of care among service providers

State of Delaware

  • Supporting Housing Alliance Delaware with training and technical assistance in their deliver of Coordinated Entry for homeless services.
  • In partnership with BBS, designed a roadmap for a centralized housing-based system of care through the State of Delaware.
  • Working with a nonprofit developer to pilot a supportive housing set-aside in their new project.
  • Working to establish a statewide coalition on supportive housing.
