OUR WHY
Our vision is for everyone in Pennsylvania and Delaware to wake up tomorrow in a warm, safe, and affordable place to call home, surrounded by a thriving and equitable neighborhood.
We dedicate ourselves to pushing, nudging, directing, and supporting an emerging partnership where funders, social service, and governments lead and are led by an engaged community of neighbors who will do what it takes to stably house every one.
GOALS
We invest in our vision through partnership consulting, community engagement, and investing in new supportive housing units. We aspire to achieve it by:
Inspire 300 new units of supportive or affordable housing by 2030.
Invest in properties within the communities we serve. We want to put our money where our values are.
Focus on our cornerstone communities. Southeast PA, Erie County, Allegheny County, and the state of Delaware.
